But after an escape attempt, Ruby joins a group of runaway teens on a quest to find a safe haven and uncover the truth behind their imprisonment.


The film is filled with action, adventure, and suspense as the group battles against the oppressive government and tries to evade capture by the military. The visuals are stunning, and the world-building is well done, creating a believable and frightening future.


Stenberg delivers a standout performance as Ruby, portraying her vulnerability and strength with great skill. Mandy Moore also shines as a doctor who helps the group, while Bradley Whitford provides a compelling performance as the leader of the government agency responsible for the camps.


"The Darkest Minds" is a thrilling and thought-provoking film that deals with issues such as government control, individuality, and discrimination. It offers a unique take on the genre and is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats until the very end.
